Wow --- this feels so strange not having a monthly kit to show (*sniff*)! But I am really excited to show
you some glimpses (and these are just glimpses because we don't have everything here yet) of the goodies that are going to be in our upcoming vintage project kit and addons to that kit. The main vintage kit is called Beloved, and the add-ons are Cupid and Sweetie Pie. The main kit centers around a project using, from the girls at Maya Road, a lovely Heart Shaped Chipboard Box with a translucent heart shaped window that lets you see the contents. It will come with a Maya Road heart shaped chipboard binder - and oh so many lovely goodies from Making Memories' new Love Story Collection, the enamel heart shaped clips are delicious. And you'll get some vintage styled beauties as promised - just LOOK at those gorgeous crystal head pins in sparkling pink, red and clear and the darling polka dotty mushrooms! And the sweetest Alice in Wonderland White Rabbit scalloped diecuts found on Etsy and handprinted, silkscreened labels from Remake SanFrancisco. The beauty of this project is that you don't have to keep the binder in the box, you can use the box as a gift containing cookies or candy if you like, or use it to store valentines. It's lovely.
The add-on will have a mini project - a sweet banner made from the vintage styled alpha flash cards - new
from Collage Press plus it will be packed with some of the goodies shown to enhance your main project! My favorite from the add-on is that breathtaking filigree style metal Cupid's arrow -- how gorgeous is that!
I can't show you the projects yet because we don't have everything yet to make them, but I am expecting a shipment by mid week. If everything goes as planned, I might have this up as early as Monday or Tuesday next week for sale and we'll start shipping shortly thereafter. You'll want to grab some Martha Stewart Glitter in garnet or clear from Michael's if you can to add some glittery goodness to this project!
I will have atleast one vintage styled image printed for you to use with the project. So many lovelies... enjoy the peek! So what are you doing for new year's eve? Be safe and have a wonderful evening!
