This big guy has turned out to be no different from the child that shares his living space. Both of them want to go out one minute, come back in the next. This one sees his friends the Irish Setter and the beagle and wants to go play. That one sees her friends, three little girls and an occasional outnumbered boy tagging along, and wants to go play. Five minutes later, this one is at the back door, finding it a little too hot outside for his liking while that one is at the front door to retrieve a toy, a book or a snack. It's slamming doors at the front end of the house and paws scratching on the back glass patio door constantly. What's a mom to do but sigh and appreciate the fact that she is getting a workout, going back and forth between the front and back doors all the doggone day. <sigh.>
I completely relate to this. My dogs go out one minute and come back in the next all day long. Murphy is a cutie pie. I one airedale that would stay out all day if I left her and the other one stays out 10 minutes then scratches the sliding glass door to come in. LOL
Love your blog so much. Great job.
