Had to pop in to share some beautiful music. (I miss Playlist on my blog, and have been away from the blog world so long I don't know if there is anything out there that replaced it -- if you know, drop me a line in the comments below).  I've been listening to a lot of samba and bossa nova for the past year, and Roberta Sa has become a favorite of mine. She's a Brazilian singer and has a gorgeous, velvety and mellow voice. This song below is from her most recent CD, Segunda Pele (Second Skin). The song is called Pavilhao de Espelhos (Pavilion of Mirrors). It has some strains that remind me of Hindustani music and some beautiful Spanish guitar. Even if like me, you don't speak Portuguese, you'll enjoy it, I promise ... especially if you're living in a freezing cold climate, and dreaming about the promise of warmer days. Enjoy!
